  After grabbing a meal at Taco Party, there are a couple different places for you and your girls to get some drinks. From more of a club scene to fancy crafted cocktails and mixed drinks, Downtown Grand Junction has a bar for whatever vibe you’re feeling that night. Here is the official list of the best spots to get some drinks after some amazing tacos. Ciara’s Cantina: Ciara’s is very popular among college kids and young adults. Thursday through Saturday you are sure to catch a DJ and a lot of dancing at Ciara’s. The classy club has features including private tables and bottle service if you really want to spend some money. Celebrate Local, One Taco at a Time

  Made, grown, and sourced in the Grand Valley Our menu is made to showcase   produce from all around the local area. At our restaurant, we use farmers,  ranchers, brewers, distillers, and winemakers from all around the Grand Valley.  By eating local, seasonal foods you can help reduce the environmental costs associated with your food. Local produce is more likely to be ripened on the farm before being harvested and delivered. This food is fresher, tastes better, and is more nutritious. At Taco Party we want to celebrate our state's heritage and all of its amazing resources. Meet some of our Local Farmers! First up is Blaine Diffendaffer, who grows our delicious tomatoes and corn shoots. Diffendaffer has a large greenhouse between Clifton and Palisade where he grows all variations of tomatoes, cucumbers, & colored bell peppers.   In 2017 Josh Niernberg, owner and proprietor of Bin 707 decided to expand his downtown GJ culinary empire to 5th and Colorado. He created a diamond in the rough restaurant of the western slope that is Taco Party.  “At Taco Party we embrace a departure from tradition in an effort to celebrate our state's heritage and all of its amazing resources.” Owner Josh Niernberg  For five years Taco Party has been serving regionally inspired cuisine to you guys here in Grand Junction. Taco Party Ice Cream Delights

One of our main stables at Taco Party is our fantastic homemade ice cream. After enjoying your tacos, stick around to have our new spring flavor of Meyer Lemon with Marshmallow fluff. Our other fantastic flavors Spiced Pear Brown Butter, and the “El Jefe” Chocolate Guajillo Grapefruit are also here for your enjoyment. All of our ice cream is made from scratch in house with all the TLC needed to make every bite one to remember. With three flavors available it is so hard to choose just one.
