Taco Party!

In 2017 Josh Niernberg, owner and proprietor of Bin 707 decided to expand his downtown GJ culinary empire to 5th and Colorado. He created a diamond in the rough restaurant of the western slope that is Taco Party.

“At Taco Party we embrace a departure from tradition in an effort to celebrate our state's heritage and all of its amazing resources.” Owner Josh Niernberg

For five years Taco Party has been serving regionally inspired cuisine to you guys here in Grand Junction. And, because of all the amazing support we’ve received we have some exciting news for all you Taco Party Fans! Starting on Monday March 13th through the 17th we will be undergoing a remodel to our dining room area. The wall adjoining Taco Party and our separate dining area is going down!

We aspire to create the best dining experience possible for all you taco lovers and couldn’t be more excited for our new look. We will miss you guys in the store for those four days but are super stoked to enter this new era of our dining experience on Friday March 18th.

This new era will feature the return of a full bar, a new and expanded menu (more details later this month),  our new “tray for two” deal for students, and some new friendly faces to meet on the staff.

So, stop into Taco Party, have some drinks, dive into some guac, knock down some tacos, and enjoy our new and expanded dining room!

  1. As the Art Center here in Grand Junction, we see that you are going to remodel your dining area. We think, since your restaurant is very well known for our locals, adding some local art to your space could help draw more attention and show support back to your community.
